Los corruptos no se iban a quedar quietos, creo que lo sabíamos todos. Una mafia que por más de diez años se articuló y copó todos los órganos del poder del Estado y que está en riesgo de perder ese poder, buscará por todos los medios evitar que se cumpla con los mandatos de la consulta que son llevados a cabo por el Consejo de Participación Ciudadano Transitorio.
Cada vez que las medidas del Consejo se acercan a los capitostes de esta mafia, a los principales alfiles y al mismo jefe de la banda, todo tipo de maniobras se ponen en marcha.

El “Defensor del Pueblo”, inepto funcionario escogido por Correa, que estuvo sordo y mudo durante todos estos años en los que el régimen violó los Derechos Humanos, de los líderes sociales, indígenas, periodistas, jóvenes estudiantes y ambientalistas, se opone al proceso de evaluación en su contra y pretende desconocer el poder otorgado por el pueblo mediante Consulta al Consejo de Participación.
Pero otra burda maniobra conoció el país en esto últimos días, pues el Juez del cantón Balsas-El Oro, Eleuterio Aguilar, deja sin efecto la resolución del CPCCS Transitorio que suspendió el concurso de fiscales por ser “un acto inminente grave y acto administrativo lesivo”. Rápidamente se supo que la persona que presentó la acción de protección es la depositaria judicial Ad- hoc del mismo juez. Y además se supo que un alto funcionario del Consejo de la Judicatura estuvo de “visita” por esos lares.

En días pasados, la Comisión Nacional Anticorrupción en un comunicado público, encabezado con el título de “Actores de la corrupción se reagrupan y defienden” advierten con preocupación el resurgimiento de la “quinta esencia“ del correísmo para defender sus espacios de poder corrupto y desconocer la decisión del pueblo ecuatoriano expresado en la urnas el 4 de febrero.
Toda la oleada de miedo y de terror que ronda el país, de amenazas y atentados no deben apartarnos de la gran tarea de desmantelar el aparato correísta, construido para sostener un sistema de impunidad y corrupción. Para enfrentar a los corruptos y a quienes quieren imponernos nuevamente el miedo es imprescindible la unidad, la organización y la movilización popular.
